Welcome to my website. Having been involved in the treatment of addictive/compulsive behaviours since 2010, I have a proven track record working with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds in helping them to move towards and achieve their goals related to addictive or compulsive behaviour.

I now also work more generally with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma and shame. I am passionate about helping people make the changes they seek in terms of addictive and compulsive behaviours and also in terms of working through the deep underpinning to those issues.

First and foremost I believe in building a relationship with my patients; that is the fundamental basis that everything that follows can be built upon. Having completed the acclaimed Addiction Counselling degree at the University of Bath, I worked in a residential addiction treatment clinic treating substance and behavioural addictions.

I then relocated to London in 2019 to launch my practice. I have been accredited as an Advanced Practitioner by my professional body, the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Practitioners, and am an accredited Advanced BLAST practitioner (also referred to as accelerated EMDR).

I am currently working towards my Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. I have developed relationships with a network of professionals and organisations within the UK such as consultant psychiatrists, couples / family therapists, detoxification, residential and out-patient treatment settings, as well as complementary therapists, and work closely with these partners to ensure my clients are treated with a holistic approach that can address the entirety of their needs, at each stage of their journey.
