Welcome to my website. Having been involved in the treatment of mental health issues and psychiatric issues  since 2010, I have a proven track record working with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds in helping them to move towards and achieve their goals.

I work with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, shame and behavioural health. I am passionate about helping people make the changes they seek in terms of  their presenting issues and also in terms of working through the deep underpinning to those issues.

First and foremost I believe in building a relationship with my patients; that is the fundamental basis that everything that follows can be built upon. This allows me to deliver therapy in the context of that relationship and employing a range of approaches such as psychodynamic, somatic trauma therapy, and EMDR.​

 

I have developed relationships with a network of professionals and organisations within the UK and internationally such as consultant psychiatrists, couples / family therapists, detoxification, residential and out-patient hospital settings, as well as complementary therapists, and work closely with these partners to ensure my clients are treated with a holistic approach that can address the entirety of their needs, at each stage of their journey.
